Currently, covansys provides services to a broad spectrum of clients in a variety of industries including financial services, retail and distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector, and telco/ utilities/ transportation. covansys recognized early on that quality was a critical priority and has had its quality assurance rated by the top organizations through the years.

It believes the primary competitive factors in its business are price, quality and scope of service. Their competitors consist primarily of medium to large information system integrators. Depending on the nature of the engagement, their competitors are located domestically and offshore.
