Abstract
messaging services provides asynchronous communication facility between two Business organizations. This system saves the time, money and reduces the man-power and both participant organizations may be benefited by each other. Consider two business organizations are an insurance company and the bank. So, the insurance company may tie up with some nationalized banks and provides automatic Premium Payment facility to customers. The customer need not go to the insurance office every time to pay their premium amounts. At the time of the creation of the policy, the insurance company receives the bank account number from the customer and checks its authentication. If it is a valid bank account then only the insurance company may create the policy. After creating the policy, at the time of premium it may send an asynchronous message to the corresponding bank.
The message may contain the customers account number and the premium amount. After receiving the message by bank side, they process the message and send an acknowledgment to the insurance company.
The implementation phase is the period, during which the system issued activities like changing over the new system, monitoring the system?s performance and establishing procedures for making modifications or changes in the system takes place.
