The hospitality industry all over the world is very vast and requires more attention to fulfill the customer or consumer needs. As the requirements are rising the need for being more proactive is also there and the study also describes related topics. Here for reference a project will be taken as an example. The project that is considered as an example here is a restaurant which serves multi cuisine food to an up market clientele.
