Abstract

The aim of our proposal is to attract new customers and adapt C2D to the new market industry. C2D likes all companies in the world needs to adapt itself everyday to stay competitive in the actual market. The company image is important now more than ever and each company must find new markets to keep growing. Nowadays, computer technology evolves so fast that a lot of product can rapidly become obsolete. It has been proved that after only one year a computer has lost 45% of its original value. Creating a second-hand service for can attract a new category of customers such as young customers or low wages customers. Today everybody needs a PC from the child who wants to learn to the retired person who wants to try. By opening a second-hand space in your stores you can hope to sell new products to people that first came in just to buy second-hand items. You'll target new categories of customers such as elderly people or people that need a PC but don't want to pay too much. To implement that new activity you need to free space in your warehouses. How will you do that? You need to review the management of your stock so that a product only stays a couple a months in the warehouse before being sold. All unsold items can't stay and waste space because if you lose space you lose money! It's very important to always be aware of items that are in stock. Each customer that comes in one of your stores hope to find and come back home with the item he expected to buy. We can't make customers wait after they bought an item.
