Some parts of the Web Project have to be really well addressed. Therefore, we will see how Marketing and Planning in the field of the Internet are the key factors to achieve success. This paper gathers key elements which I have encountered. The "How? refers to a sum of actions and processes that have to be scheduled and planned to optimize resources. "A business model based on the Internet? refers to a website. My subject will be limited to two main business areas, the North American continent that includes the USA and Canada, and the European region.
