Abstract
One of the evolving communication techniques is presented. Graphically programmed PC to PC serial communicator is discussed. The serial communicator is a general purpose, asynchronous transceiver with front end in lab view. PC to PC serial communicator is normally used to communicate between computers over a standard RS-232 link. This case study will provide an easy aid to teach LabVIEW programming to science and engineering faculty students and its implementation in embedded and serial communication system. Selection of the case is heavily student-driven to make them comfortable to use such software as one of the good tool for the embedded system development cycle and provide one more perspective to the serial communication techniques.
