Abstract
Auto Tech Systems Pvt. Ltd is a developer of software packages, infrastructure and the other aspects. Established in the year 1999 the company C.E.O is S.N.Ravindra. This company conscious of their employee's potential and through comprehensive performance appraisal methods attained organizational effectiveness and change in behavior of employees. performance appraisal builds a positive relation towards the organization and also motivates the employees at their work. Present study I have observed that there is a need to assess the existing performance appraisal system where the employee's performance has to be assessed for retaining them for longer time. Hence, the study of existing performance appraisal has been carried out. They strongly believe that the growth of the economy of any country is centered on fundamental activities like health care and infrastructure. They have chosen these two areas and are striving to establish themselves as pioneers in offering IT solution to their clients in these fields. Their collaborative effort with their customers will impact the standard of living of millions of people within the community. Their IT solution for health care addresses the basic issue of providing able and efficient services to the rural community also. At ATS, their people are their asset. They continuously provide a challenging work environment along with periodical training in and access to the latest technology to all their engineers. This has resulted in building a team of dedicated professionals who are working tirelessly towards building a stronger organization.
