Sam Johnson was referred for assessment because he is applying for a position at Liberty University as a resident assistant. This is a demanding position, and Mr. Johnson was tested for personality characteristics conducive to succeeding as a resident assistant. Leadership skills, emotional stability, and social interaction skills are necessary for success in this type of a position. Sam Johnson is a 25-year-old Caucasian male who is married and resides in Southern California. He was born in Durban, South Africa, and immigrated with his family to Salt Lake City, Utah, at the age of fifteen. In South Africa, Sam experienced violence and an in-home invasion.
