Recruitment and selection techniques” is a GUI based application that automates the recruitment and selection activities for better functioning and providing accurate information time.
It is a computerized solution for organizations that often undergo the process of recruitment for fulfilling their vacancies the application maintains electronic database comprising various information about the job applicants organizational requirements, the results of the various recruitment and selection phase etc.
Based on the various phases performed during recruitment and selection of employees in an organization the undergoing project is classified into three modules.
