Abstract
The concept is to launch a new type of restaurant and more precisely an organic fast food restaurant. The guarantee of our restaurant is to take care about the customer's health. Indeed, we noticed that there was no special organic fast food restaurant in France and especially in Paris. For few years, French people seemed to think more and more about their health that's the reason why we decided to open an organic fast food restaurant which respects the principle of "eat fast and eat well".We think that the success of our restaurant will take place principally for the differentiation. Indeed, it gives a new service to customers who are looking for new sensation, new trendy place. Breath food is a single unit, medium sized restaurant. We focus on organic and creative food. The restaurant will be located in Paris.
