Greenhouses exportation from France to Hungary for the development of biological products

  1. Marketing and logistics
  2. Financial aspect
  3. Action plan

A greenhouse protects plants from the elements. It maintains plants and vegetables at a constant temperature and allows them to grow in the best possible conditions. A greenhouse enables plants, vegetables, fruit or flowers to be grown in countries where the weather is not compatible. Our project is to export French agricultural greenhouses to Hungary. In order to make our project clearer and more easily exploitable, we decided to conduct a SWOT analysis. We wanted to identify the strengths and weaknesses of such a project and analyze the opportunities and risks of this plan. In order to be established in the best possible conditions, it is not just necessary to export our product, but also to provide a follow-up with the producers to develop their loyalty. It will thus be necessary to talk about our product and the numerous advantages offered by it. To do this we will need to establish ourselves in a country which has the required premises, warehouses and local staff who will know the market and its actors.
