Abstract
The responsibilities of teachers include teaching effectively by considering the individual students' needs in their classroom and using different instructional strategies as appropriate. In addition, teachers should be capable of organizing and connecting ideas and subjects. It is essential that teachers master the art of classroom management, as well as motivational and communication skills. The teacher should think about his or her students' abilities when planning weekly lessons so that he or she may prepare materials and activities in accordance with his or her students' abilities. While teachers are largely responsible for their students' education, there are some aspects of education which are beyond the teachers' capabilities. Parents expect teachers to make their children intelligent.
