Abstract

During the first six years of the nineties, the indian government adopted the policy of globalization in indian economy. The purpose behind this policy was to put the country at the international level in commerce and industry and thereby to enhance the industrial development, economy, employment and modern strategies as well as aspects of the governance of the corporate sector. This brought new challenges before the corporate world in India and her entrepreneurs. They equipped themselves to meet with these new challenges and to fit themselves in the new environment. Thus, globalization had a wide effect on indian entrepreneurship and these effects were far more positive and very less negative. This paper aims at these effects and their study. To facilitate the study, the paper has been divided into three parts:
1) Introduction-Rational for the Study.
2) Impact of globalization on indian Companies.
3) Newly developed concepts of management.
