Abstract
According to J. D. MOONEY, "Organization is a process of dividing and combining effort of working group of making such joint efforts more productive. Effective and fruitful organization allocates duties to the managerial staff. It adds certainly and promptness to the work to be done. It avoids gaps and overlapping functions. It ensures teamwork. Organization thus, is a framework for fulfillment of common aims".
"Organization is the form of every human association for the purpose of attaining common objective".
According to A. P. STRONG, "Organization is the process of integrating into a coordinated structure of activities required to achieve the objective of an enterprise, stating this structure with qualified; competent personnel's and supplying them with physical factor necessary to perform their functions". Therefore, he clearly indicates that the organization is nothing but a process of integrating the efforts of men and materials for the accomplishment of set objectives.
