Abstract
Tourism is one of the world's most important activities, involving millions of people, vast sum of money and generating employment in developing and industrialized countries. Tourism has become the 'World's first largest industry in recent years. It has the highest growth rate in comparison to other major industries. "TOUR" is a Hebrew word derived from "TORAH" which means learning, studying and researching. The dictionary meaning of "TOUR" is that it is a journey at which one returns to the starting point, a circular trip for business purposes, pleasure, education or other purposes.
Tourism denotes the temporary short term moments of the people to destinations outside the place where they normally live and work and the activities during their stay at these destinations. The destination may be within the national boundary of the visitors or outside that results in Domestic Tourism or Foreign Tourism.
