Abstract
laptops are now a very essential commodity for Indian consumers. They constitute a large portion of the electronic market in India. If these laptops are not marketed properly and are not in the Indian consumers' eye, the more established brands are likely to rule the roost and the other models tend to get ignored. Thus, it was important to first understand the brand image wipro laptops in the minds of the consumers. Hence, the survey was created and responses were recorded. wipro is now entering the retailing sector of the electronic market with their laptop segment. My survey was targeted specifically to the age group of 18-25, mainly the student segment of the laptop market. My survey helped wipro understand what the current trends of laptops in the market are, what specifications of the laptops are now needed in the market and so on. With entering the retailing sector, wipro now wants to customize their laptops to suit individuals' needs. The survey would help to design a model that would have the latest trends. Customized versions of the laptops would be added to the basic model. The reports discusses the detailed results of the survey and the ways in which survey can help wipro to develop their laptops, as well as to enter the retailing segment of the laptop mark.
