Women in religion

The presentation revolves around the roles and positions that women occupy when it comes to religion. women were not permitted to contribute their unique gifts, skills and talents, even in the midst of the family. The presentation will highlight points like Jesus and how he treated women along with looking at some women mentioned in the Bible and those that were deciles of his. After this the presentation moves onto the different denominations in Christianity along with a brief look at women in Islam. It will then take a brief look at the denominations individually before taking a look at some key women like Rev. Katrina Swanson and Mary Baker Eddy. The end of the presentation will talk of prominent women of today and Christian Feminists.
